The Captrate Combo and Solo Filters have higher capture rates than standard industry baffles. This means savings in cleaning labor and repair costs due to decreases in hood and duct work cleaning time and less frequent exhaust fan replacement and roof repair.

Waterwash and dry cartridge systems require significantly more investment yet don't have the capture efficiency rate of Captrate Filters. Water scrubbers, catalytic incinerators, and electrostatic precipitators all require significantly more investment and have higher operating costs than Captrate Filters.
